  Food was excellent!!! Great service! The Salmon was cooked beautifully, and the sweet potato fries delicious. We also had the mini donuts with sauce, I could not resist eating. Great little restaurant!

  We went there for a quick late lunch after moving our daughter into FSU.   The restaurant is clean & has a cool sports bar atmosphere.  Our waitress was nice and quick, and our food was good & we didn't have to wait long for it.  We would definitely go back!

  The fried Mac and cheese is what keeps me coming back! So good! I love their Bash Burger, which has the fried Mac and cheese, cheese sauce, and cherry pepper ranch. I usually get this every time I go, but last time I tried the Harvest Fresh salad and it was delicious. The kale and romaine heart blend was so crispy and fresh. The salad also had grilled chicken, quinoa, garlic roasted tomatoes, peppers, asparagus, red cabbage, Parmesan, and lemon vinaigrette (literally perfection!).
  
  I usually come around 4/5pm to avoid a crowd. The service is decent, but not spectacular. They have traditional American food, and there's a good variety of options (burgers, salads, pizza, bowls, soups, sandwiches, steak, meatloaf, pasta, etc). Great place for a casual dinner!

  Solid restaurant with some good food.
  
  I've been here a few times. The food is always good. The salads are very fresh and tasty. My favorite one is the Harvest Fresh salad. It is served with grilled chicken, kale, romaine, peppers, onion, cabbage, cheese, quinoa, and a lemon vinaigrette. It is very good! The burgers are some of the better ones in town. The Bash Burger is my personal favorite. The menu item that is the star of the show is always the fried macaroni bites. Whether served as an appetizer or on the Bash Burger, they are amazing. The meatloaf and pizza are good as well!
  
  Overall, if you are looking for a restaurant with a wide variety of American food, Spear It is a good choice. All of their food is delicious and fresh. Service may be a little slow at times, but the food makes up for this.

  Italian garlic Parmesan wings ! Wow!  Wings cooked perfect came out hot and the sauce was awesome.
  Bash Burger cooked perfect. Service was on par and very friendly.
